About the Board
Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) came into existence in the year 1966. It was formed by the Government of Karnataka with a view to improving the educational system. The board is currently responsible for conducting Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and other examinations under its jurisdiction. The Board holds the SSLC Exams every year in two events, annual and supplementary examinations. Both exams are held in different months so that students get plenty of time to prepare for the exam.
