TS PGECET 2020 – Notifications, Exam Dates, Application Form: PGECET is an entrance examination which is conducted for the admissions into Post Graduation Courses like ME (Master of Engineering), M.Tech (Master of Technology), M.Pharmacy (Master of Pharmacy), M.Arch (Master of Architecture), Pharm.D (A Doctor of Pharmacy) etc in Telangana State. TS PGECET is conducted by the TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education) on behalf of Osmania University and University College of Engineering. PGECET Stands for ‘Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test’. Students who are interested in getting admissions in these branches can go ahead for TS PGECET 2020 this year.
TS PGECET Notifications, Exam Fee and Exam Dates
The TSCHE will announce and issue the notification publicly which is accessible to everyone, hence interested candidates can move ahead and download the notification. According to the data of the previous year, the notification is expected to be available in the mid of March 2020 and exams for various streams like CSE, IT, ECE, Mechanical, Civil and other branches in the last week of May or first week of June. TS PGECET Eligibility Criteria and Application Form
After completing the B.Tech/B.E/B. Pharm Courses students are eligible to apply for TS PGECET with the minimum percentage of 50% in case of SC/ST 45%. For more details you can visit the official website (TSCHE), there you can find out about the other things. Students can pay the fees through online mode by using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking or else they can apply in AP/TS online Mee Seva centers. The Fee Structure is Rs. 800/- for General and 400 for Reserved Categories and students who want to apply for more tests than according to the number of tests fees will be charged.
About PGECET & Paper Pattern: Time of the examination is 2 hours in this time students have to write their examination. The examination Pattern is online mode means students have to give their exam by using the computer, there are 120 questions each correct answer will be awarded 1 marks and the maximum marks of this examination is 120, there are no negative marks if the students mark the wrong answer then there will be no deduction for this. The PGECET paper will be of the objective type in Multiple Choice Questions. The examination will start from 10-12 pm and 2-4 pm but my suggestion is to go to the examination hall before 1/2 hour because of even some minutes if you late they may not going to enter you in the examination hall.
